IMPORTANCE OF ATTITUDE 

Its what inside us that counts. I believe that most of the times a persons get promotion not due to his intelligence but due to his positive attitude. We all heard the power of POSITIVE attitude but DO we know about the power of  NEGATIVE attitude. Yes,  they both are very powerful  one leads to motivate you to do even the things that you even can't imagine and the second one has a power to demotivate you and even to loose everything. It is your attitude that contributes to success. Attitude applies to every sphere of our life even its professional or personal.

We realize that when our attitude is right we are walking on diamonds, opportunities are always under our feet.

If we don't know how to recognize opportunity it may slap us on our face. All we need is to do is to learn to recognize opportunities. 

FACTORS DETERMINING OUR ATTITUDE

BASICALLY THERE ARE THREE IMPORTANT FACTORS -:

• ENVIRONMENT
• EXPERIENCE
• EDUCATION 

ENVIRONMENT -:

It mainly consists our Home, School ,Work, Social, Economic and Religious environment. All these environment creates a culture. Either its a home, organization or country- it all has a culture or lack of it, even lack of it is a culture.

We need to step back and look at what kind of environment we have created for ourselves and those around us.

EXPERIENCE-:

Events and experience mostly determines our attitude. If we have a positive experience with a person, our attitude is likely to be positive and vice - versa. We always drawn our conclusions based on experience which always becomes reference points going forward in life.

EDUCATION-:

Get education not only how to make a living but also how to live. It refers both formal and informal education. We all are drowning in information but starving for knowledge and wisdom.
